Service Description
Class Offerings: Total Body Strength - Kick off your week with full-body power. Heavy compounds, smart progression, and the perfect mix of upper + lower body work to build real, lasting strength and confidence. Leave feeling unstoppable. Arms and Abs - Toned arms and a tight core in 55 focused minutes. Using cables, light dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight precision work, we’ll build strong, sculpted shoulders, arms, and abs that make you feel unstoppable in (or out of) any sleeve. Glute Sculpt - Your favorite day of the week. 55 minutes using kettlebells, barbells, cables, bands, and bodyweight to lift, round, and sculpt stronger, curvier glutes from every angle. Lower Body Basics - Strong legs carry you through life. Master the fundamentals - dumbbells, kettlebells, cables, and bodyweight basics for stronger quads, hamstrings, and glutes. Controlled, effective movements that lengthen and strengthen. Accessory Strength - Your Friday glow-up session. Lighter weights, higher reps, and precise movements to sculpt shoulders, upper back, posture muscles, and every little detail that makes you look and feel polished. Head into the weekend feeling strong and unstoppable! Connected Yoga Flow - This all-levels functional and playful movement based yoga practice uses your own bodyweight for strength, control and awareness. Integrate breath, body, mind and spirit for complete wellness. Perfect as active recovery for formal resistance training or as a standalone practice. Flows/vinyasa are optional, modifications will be offered and welcomed. Book classes via the Gym Master app. Memberships, packages, and drop-ins available. Book online or call (910) 783-5899, 24-hour notice required. Cancel/reschedule 24+ hours for full refund; within 24 hours, 50% fee for single sessions/classes, no refunds for packages post-first session. Refund: Single sessions/classes refunded 24+ hours; packages pro-rated within 7 days, no sessions used. Payment: Online via Square (~2.9% + $0.30), in-person via Square POS, cash, check.
