Rimvydas Sunelaitis, Owner & Founder
Rimvydas Sunelaitis (also known as Remi), brings a decade of hands-on personal training expertise to Gym Better. Holding an Associate Degree in Health and Fitness Science from Sandhills Community College, Remi discovered his calling in the gym - not just as a dedicated lifter, but as a natural educator. "I learned faster by teaching others", he says, turning his passion into a career that empowers clients to thrive. Remi practices what he preaches, embodying the principles of longevity and everyday functionality. For him, exercise isn't about extremes; it's about enhancing quality of life through sustainable habits that make daily tasks easier and more enjoyable. A self-proclaimed "gym junkie turned gym owner", Remi is excited to guide you toward a stronger, more vibrant you at Gym Better.

Taylor Mashburn, Head Coach & Founder
Taylor Mashburn, a proud native of Moore County, NC, is thrilled to fuel the growth of health and fitness right here in our community. With a Bachelor's Degree in Health Fitness Specialist from East Carolina University, plus nearly a decade in the industry, Taylor's journey started when she turned to exercise to tackle her own health challenges - and she's never looked back. Her mission? To show folks they have more control over their bodies than they realize. "Through movement, we can all feel our best and healthiest", she says, drawing from her background in medical fitness and personal training. But what lights her up the most is group training - the energy, the connections, the shared wins that build real community. Holding certifications as a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach and American College of Sports Medicine Group Fitness Instructor, Taylor can't wait to help you build strength, confidence, and that unbeatable vibe in our group sessions.
